Commissioning a bespoke work or portrait
- Conversation — Subject, format, palette (e.g., yellow/violet, red/green), timing.
- Quote & thumbnail — Budget and artistic direction validated.
- 30% deposit — Work begins.
- Progress updates — Photo/video check-ins.
- Balance & delivery — Pickup in Ixelles or protected shipment.
Typical lead time: 3–8 weeks depending on format and complexity.
Framing & finishes
- Paper: shipped flat (protective sleeve + boards) or ready to frame.
- Canvas: on stretcher bars, painted edges; protective varnish if needed.
- Framing: partner framer options (natural wood/black/white, acrylic glazing) — separate quote.
Delivery & pickup
- Free pickup at the studio (Ixelles, Brussels).
- Belgium: 2–7 business days (paper/medium formats), art transport for large formats.
- EU & international: custom crate + specialist carrier; insurance available.
- Costs: depend on size/weight/destination (shown on the quote).
Payment & documents
- Bank transfer or local app (Bancontact/Payconiq).
- Invoice provided.
- Certificate of authenticity with buyer’s name and provenance (unique work).
